Insurance & Payment
Mirielle Therapy Practice PLLC is in-network with Aetna Health Care. This includes HMO, PPO, and Student Health Plans (Columbia, NYU, and FIT). If you have the above insurance plans, you would pay the “specialist” co-pay amount listed on the front of your card. Some providers are also in-network with UnitedHealthcare (for New School Students only). If you do not have one of the insurance plans listed above, you might be able to use your out-of-network benefits, which typically cover approximately 70-80% of the cost. Sessions for Master’s Level therapists begin at $250, and for Ph.D. level therapists, fees are $350. We will provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Co-pays and Other Payments are made automatically to the Credit, Debit, or FSA/HSA card that you provide in our Welcome Forms.
