Infertility can feel like an isolating journey filled with questions, waiting, and emotions that are difficult to share with others. This group offers a safe, confidential space for women (and individuals who can get pregnant) in New York State who are actively trying to conceive and experiencing fertility challenges.
This group may be a good fit if you:
- Have been trying to conceive for at least 6 months
- Have experienced infertility, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss
- Feel isolated, lonely, or in need of more support
- Want a community that understands what you’re going through
With guidance from Elisha Goldstein, LMHC, NCC, CASAC, PsyD-C, an infertility-trained therapist certified by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, you’ll:
- Connect with a community that is also experiencing infertility
- Share openly in a supportive, judgment-free environment
- Learn practical tools to cope with grief, stress, and uncertainty
- Build resilience and remind yourself that you’re not alone
Sessions are held virtually (Zoom), with a maximum of 7 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive environment. The group is ongoing, and participants can join after completing a brief intake session to confirm fit.
Spaces are limited. Reserve your spot by completing the intake form today: Google Form.
